Scouts Water Camp Info and Health Form
Attached is some essential information for the forthcoming Scouts Water Weekend camp. This camp will be held at the Thames Young Mariners Centre, Riverside Drive, Ham TW10 7RX.
Scouts will need to arrive at the TYM centre at the above address for 1800 hrs on Friday 15th May 2009. You’ll need to make sure that you have had your evening meal before you arrive at the camp on that evening. Please arrange to get picked up from the TYM centre at approx 1615 hrs on Sunday 17th May 2009.
In the attached files you will find:
1./ Camp info for parents which confirms where we will be, when the camp starts and finishes, and the home contact information in the unlikely event of an emergency
2./ Kit list (please note that there are sections referring to both dry land and on the water clothing)
3./ Health form in both PDF and Excel format for your convenience (I would ask that you return the health form to me at least 7 days before the camp and ideally as soon as possible please)
