Full results from 3HH at Bisley

Following the results received Sunday 16 Oct, I’ve selected some additional highlights to share:

• I can confirm the results of the Turning Target Senior competition. The winner scored 85. Thomas also scored 85, but got Silver (on a tie break). Saken got Bronze (winning a tie break). This just goes to show how close the competition is.
• Thomas was also 8th in Smallbore Advanced.
• Freddie came 4^th  in Target Sprint Junior, just 9 seconds off Bronze. He was also 11^th in Smallbore Class B, ahead of Arne in 14^th and Tilly 15^th out of 153 shooters.
• Matilda came 5^th in U12 rifle.
• JoshA was 7^th in U14 rifle
• Arne was 11^th in U18 rifle
• John was 9^th in Vintage rifle (made before 1956).
• For the Senior Connaught Team it is noteworthy to compare the ages of our Richmond upon Thames team against other competitors. Reviewing the top 24 shooters listed, only five were 14 years old and three of those were ours.
• In the NSRA Cup presented for the Best Aggregate Performance in 6yd Air Rifle, Field Target Air Rifle, and Air Pistol by a shooter aged over 14, Tilly came 10th out of 304, with Paul not far behind in 12th.
• Three of our adults won a medal.
• Five of our ten 14-17 year olds were placed bronze or silver in one or more event.
• Five of our seven U14’s gained a medal. Truly outstanding!

This is all so promising. Well done!
