Policies help us drive clarity to our members on how we do things at 3rd Hampton Hill. Any policies and procedures we approve and implement are to enable us to work to the Scout Association’s Policy, Organisation and Rules.

Hardship Policy

We recognise that there are circumstances where members of 3rd Hampton Hill (St. James) Scout Group may be unable to meet the financial commitments for key Scouting events, but their participation would be both deserving and of significant benefit. This policy outlines the framework for handling cases of financial hardship.
