3HH Beavers at Richmond District New Year Party
Some of our Beavers from 3rd Hampton Hill had a fantastic time attending the District Annual Beavers New Year Party. They represented the Colony very well while joining Beavers from across the Richmond District for a lively and memorable afternoon.
The fun began with a puppet-making craft activity, which raised a few smiles as it neatly continued the creative theme from our Beaver session the Thursday before. It seems crafting was very much the theme of the week!

The Beavers then took part in a range of energetic party games, including familiar favourites such as Traffic Lights, before moving on to the highlight of the day: the circus skills workshops. The Beavers did exceptionally well, with the diabolo proving a firm favourite as they practised and showed off their new skills.
After a short snack break, everyone gathered for the grand finale, a high-energy circus show packed with audience participation! From a giant hoop to daredevil tricks using a wide variety of props, the Beavers were fully involved and thoroughly entertained!
The celebrations also included a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday to mark 40 years of Beavers, making the event extra special. To round off the afternoon, the Beavers were awarded a special commemorative badge to remember a truly enjoyable event.
