I’m a Cub Get Me Out of Here 2025!

Date: 30th Jun 2025 Author: Matt Rogers

On the 28th of June, Ant and Dec welcomed 25 Cubs to the Jungle for ‘I’m a Cub get me out of here!’ Camp’ 25.

We put them to work making posters and erecting tents before lunch and then the real trials began! Cubs were grossed out in the blindfold bucket challenge and the barefooted gunge bath, striving to earn as many stars for their team as they could. Other tasks included the Cockroach catapult and the more chilled paracord snake.

After a refreshing ice lolly to cleanse the pallet, it was time for the Bushtucker trials! Each team had to nominate a member to attempt the challenge. We had hot sauce, frogspawn, orangutans fingers, jungle juice, snails and of course bugs! Not one Cub threw up!

After dinner, the Cub teams were tied together for a game of ‘I’m a Cub get me out of here!’ stations. This had them running all over the field to collect a chain of words. We settled down for a singsong around the camp fire before bed. The Cubs were up bright and early to get the tents down, play and decorate their stars. Great team work from everyone involved!
