It’s the 3HH AGM 2026
The Annual General Meeting for 3rd Hampton Hill Scouts will be held at the HQ Family BBQ on Sunday 27th September 2026, starting at 3pm.
All parents, carers and young people are welcome to come along – if you’re coming please let us know via the OSM invite which you have received on email. We’re sharing here the agenda for the AGM part of the event, which will take no more than half an hour. This is a great opportunity to catch up with families, volunteers and helpers, and to learn about the last year in review and to enjoy some BBQ and drinks. We’ve revisited the format and plan to reduce the formal proceedings further to make way for more fun stuff. We have the return of the bouncy castle this year too, which we know was a welcome attraction for our younger attendees!
It’s a fun afternoon and would encourage you to sign-up and join us for the celebration and to say thank you to our hard-working volunteers.
